These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the rg99 platform, including all gaming services, betting markets, and account facilities offered at rg99.net. rg99 operates on the principle of fair play for all participants. Use of bots, automated betting software, arbitrage systems, or any other technique designed to exploit system errors or gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.
All account balances are held in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). rg99 does not pay interest on account balances. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification, bonus wagering requirements (where applicable), and anti-money laundering compliance checks.

Any activity conducted through your Account using your correct credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you. You must notify rg99 immediately via live chat if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
3.1 Account Verification (KYC). rg99 is required under its international gaming licence to verify the identity and age of all players before processing withdrawal requests. 3.3 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be considered inactive. rg99 may apply an administrative maintenance fee to inactive accounts in accordance with applicable regulatory provisions. 4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. rg99 is required to comply with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. We reserve the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds deposited into your Account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in a hold on your Account pending investigation.

5.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by rg99. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation number. rg99 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where a bet is placed after an event has commenced, where odds were published in error, or where suspicious activity is detected.
5.2 Palpable Errors. rg99 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical error, data feed failure, or human input error. A "palpable error" is defined as odds that are materially different from those available across established sportsbook markets at the time the bet was placed.
5.3 Live Betting. In-play (live) betting markets are subject to delay and suspension. rg99 does not guarantee the continuous availability of live markets. Bets placed on suspended or closed markets will be voided and stakes returned.
5.4 Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all sportsbook markets and are displayed at the time of bet placement. rg99 reserves the right to adjust individual player bet limits based on betting patterns, risk assessment, or regulatory requirements.
6.1 Game Rules and RTP. All casino games available on rg99 — including live dealer games, slots, and table games — operate in accordance with the rules published by their respective software providers. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) figures are theoretical averages calculated over a large number of game rounds and do not guarantee outcomes for individual sessions.
6.2 Disconnection Policy. 11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rg99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or economic loss.
11.3 rg99's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve-month period preceding the claim.
The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data by rg99 is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of this Agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms & Conditions. By registering an rg99 Account, you consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.
rg99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on their Account, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the amended terms take effect.
